Place the items in their original packaging with all Ankhway tags still attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
